TUESDAY PROGRAMS

All programs are 6-weeks, beginning January 31 and take place from 3:35-4:35 pm

(No class Mar. 7 - early dismissal; Hold Mar. 21 in case we need to make up a session)

Jewelry Making with Pegasus After School Programs (Grades K-5)

Cost: $225.00

Jewelry making is a wonderful social group activity. It also promotes creativity and cooperation amongst the students. Students will use natural materials such as clay and feathers as well as recycled materials to make beautiful keepsakes they can wear or gift to others.

Space Explorers with iSTEAM (Grades 1-5)

Cost: $177.00

During the STE(A)M Space Explorers session, our young astronauts will launch a rocket into space, learn about moon phases, make models of planets, constellations, solar eclipses, moon craters and more. We will learn about kinetic energy, gravity, force, trajectory, acceleration, velocity, hemispheres, force, shock, absorption, orbits and so much more. We will discover how these forces shape the world around us!

FRIDAY PROGRAMS

All programs are 6-weeks, beginning February 3 and take place from 3:35-4:35 pm

Winter Wonderland with LEGO® Materials with Play-Well TEKnologies (Grades K-5)

Bundle up, we’re creating a spectacular Winter Wonderland! Build bobsleds, design snowplows, and take a ride on the Polar Express. Explore your snowiest ideas and learn STEM concepts with tens of thousands of LEGO® pieces at your mitten-tips and the guidance of an experienced Play-Well instructor.

Winter Wonder Lab with Mad Science of Fairfield and New Haven (Grades K-5)

Cost: $199.00
“Stay curious and keep exploring” in our Winter Wonder Lab where we will have an arctic blast and simulate one too! We will create snow that will never melt and melt a snowman the only will melt the Mad Science way! Winter forces will help us learn how to keep us balanced! Elephant Toothpaste and slime will create some heat in our icy lab! We will use special crisp pencils to make wintery lights and even see sparkly, colorful flames that resemble Northern Lights! Every student receives a lab coat, goggles, and specially designed Mad Science Take Homes to help extend

learning at home!
