Shopping Hours:

  • Students will shop during their scheduled classroom timeslots. 
  • Parents and caregivers:
    • Tuesday, October 8th: 3:00PM-8:00PM
    • Wednesday, October 9: 3:00PM-8:00PM
    • Thursday, October 10th: 3:00PM-5:00PM

Does this benefit the school?

 

Absolutely! Every dollar generated from the book fair will go directly towards supporting the Riverfield PTA. Our goal is to use this money to fulfill 100% of teacher and staff Wishlist’s and update our library with new genres of books for our youngest readers and new library equipment.

 

This means that by shopping at the book fair, you're not only helping your child find a new book to love, but you're also investing in their education and the future of our school.

 

How to Shop

  • Students – eWallet only
  • Parents may shop using their students’ eWallet or credit card.

Parents can shop in person or online at our school’s Online Book Fair. All orders ship directly to your home, and shipping is free for book orders over $25. Your online orders will also benefit our school. Financial aid is also available upon request.

How does it work?

 

It starts on your school’s Book Fair homepage. A child’s family follows a link to create a free eWallet account. There are three ways to fund an account: Add money with a credit card, use funds from a previous eWallet, or invite friends and extended fam to contribute. 

 

Because funds are available immediately, a child can shop the Fair with eWallet right away. Families can use a leftover balance to fund an eWallet for a future Fair

 

*When shopping with eWallet all purchases will be rounded to the nearest dollar. This change will be donated to Share the Fair.

How to Support Teachers and Staff

 

Students and parents may purchase specific books for teachers at the book fair. In addition, the PTA has set up a Teacher Wish List e-wallet account that will enable families to put money toward classroom libraries. This will be split evenly among teachers at the end of the fair. Please consider contributing today and help us show our teachers and staff how much we appreciate them!

Round up to the Nearest Dollar

 

This year we will also fund a program called Share the Fair. By rounding up each purchase to the nearest dollar, we will be able to donate even more books to each classroom at the end of the fair. Students will receive a special gift for participating!
